Students, Parents, and Community Members,
Welcome to our school! My name is Francisco Garza, and I am honored to serve as the principal of the Pleasant Grove Campus.
I was born and raised in Mexico, and my journey in education has been shaped by my roots and my passion for serving students. I am proud to hold a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration, which has allowed me to grow as a leader and to serve our school community with vision and dedication.
I have been part of the Golden Rule Charter Schools family since 2014, and it has truly been my home. For seven years, I had the privilege of teaching here at the Pleasant Grove Campus before moving into school administration. Those classroom years continue to inspire the way I lead. Always keeping students at the heart of every decision.
As a proud bilingual and bicultural educator, I want to influence our students and community the importance of embracing who we are. Our bilingualism and biculturalism are strengths that open doors and build connections in our community. At our school, we encourage students to be proud of their identity and to see it as a gift that will serve them throughout their lives.
At Pleasant Grove, we are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and academically challenging environment where every student feels valued. I believe that strong relationships between school, families, and the community are the foundation of student success, and I look forward to building that partnership with each of you.
Thank you for trusting us with your child’s education. Together, we will make this school year one full of growth and learning academically and personally.
Francisco Garza
Principal
